About Me

Counseling is actually my second career, but it feels like the one I was always meant to find. Before becoming a therapist, I spent almost 20 years in management within the education industry. During that time, I noticed that the parts of my work I cherished most weren’t about systems or operations, they were about people. Supporting employees through challenges, celebrating their growth, and helping them navigate emotions brought me the most fulfillment. That realization inspired me to return to school and earn my counseling degree at Antioch University in Seattle, where I stepped fully into this new chapter.

I bring that same passion for connection into my work with clients today. I believe therapy is a space where all emotions belong, from grief and struggle to relief and even laughter. Together, we can walk through it all, finding balance and resilience along the way.

Outside of my counseling work, I find grounding and renewal in the outdoors. The calm and strength of the mountains, in particular, are a constant source of peace for me. I also enjoy reading, meditation, hiking, skiing, and creative, mindful hobbies that keep me present. Most importantly, I love spending quality time with family and friends, who are at the heart of my own sense of balance.

My hope is to create the same sense of steadiness and support for the people I work with, offering a safe and collaborative space where growth can take root.
